PHOTOGRAPHY

With high quality equipment and 7 years in the business, we only show the home in the best light. We deliver the photos of the home as if visiting for the first time.
Typical session includes 30 - 40 photos for a standard property of approximately 2,000 sq ft. Photos will be delivered within 24 hours of appointment.
+ $50 for every additional 500 sq ft. past 2,000 sq ft.
+ $200 for twilight hours
Photos taken by a drone giving an aerial view of the property. A typical session provides 5- 10 photos for a standard track home or empty lot property. Delivered within 24 hours of appointment. With high quality equipment and 7 years in the business, we only show the property in the best light.

Put your best face forward.
A typical photoshoot will deliver 15 photos. Using a portable studio flash setup for portraits, the session can be taken anywhere. Delivered within 5 business days. With high quality equipment and 7 years in the business, we only show the best side of you.
Shot list examples will be provided. This could be used for other types of marketing initiatives for life style related shots, etc.
Typically used for websites, business cards, and social-media profiles. The term “headshot” means that the portrait photo is cropped somewhere in the middle torso – so that the focus is on your face.
Service includes a 20 minute session and a minimum of 3 photos.

Twilights are great to set your listing apart from other competing listings or simply refresh the marketing and displayed thumbnail.
Our Photographers show up 20 min before the sunsets to capture that perfect balance of light.

Virtual staging helps paint the picture of what the empty room could be without the high cost of staging.
The price is per photo. Once photos are taken, the client will select which photos they want virtually staged.
We provide a 1-2 min slideshow with copyright free music. No branding unless otherwise requested. Digital link provided via Youtube or Dropbox.
